Mindset Techniques Children
Fostering and nurturing positive mindset techniques with children and their parents. Activate mind, heart and feelings triumphantly realising their full potential and overcoming any present barriers. Optional use of Icelandic Horses encouraging children to be mindful of their thoughts, emotions and actions. This can help develop greater self-awareness and emotional regulation skills and critically influence emotional intelligence, which is a learned behaviour.
Health and Wellbeing
Following a health scare, numerous IVF attempts (x15), finally embracing parenthood at 49, and navigating through relationship turbulences, I encountered both physical and mental hurdles. These challenges compelled me to confront insecurities and realign my lifestyle, values, priorities and what I wanted my narrative to be. I asked myself, “how did I wish to be represented in my eulogy when the time comes”. I underwent my own transformation as a result of asking myself that question.
Now, at 60 with an awesome 11 year old, 4 horses, 10 chickens and 2 dogs I’m making myself comfortable to share insights and learnings aiming to spark meaningful conversations. Natural Oils – DoTerra
When you use a bottle of doTERRA essential oil, you’re using an oil that is pure. There are no contaminants, fillers, or adulterations. I use oils in all aspects of my life, in my home, in my food, help with my daughter mindset and growing pains and contributes to my skin care and my friends ailments.
Kangen Water – Enagic

During Victorian lockdowns for Covid I took the opportunity to go natural hair colour .. a white / grey. I had spent my whole life colouring my hair. I was so worried about the health and quality of my hair but also so mortified at the chemicals I had put into my body via historical ‘care’.
