I had to change the way I looked at myself and my wellbeing after a health scare and surgery, 15 rounds of IVF; having a child at 49 years, the break up of yet another relationship amongst my tendency to be a work-a-holic and caring for an aged parent. I had a bit of a mental breakdown and needed to confront my insecurities and rethink the quality of items in my environment. There were many root causes of my issues and many not likely uncommon to you. Though taking action and addressing insecurities and researching what is quality and what is not from a health and wellbeing perspective changed my life – and outlook. I researched and overhauled to have a better understanding of a healthy mind and life. 2024 sees me enter my 60th year feeling awesome and wanting to give back, lets have a chat. If each of us gets one thing from that conversation it is one thing better than this morning.
Sharing learnings via story telling and what I do day to day to maintain the best me in the best form.
